Diomedes#1124

Hi! Diomedes comes with plenty of features including a working softban command (this bans users, clears their messages, then unbans with an option to send the target user an invite back.), a mute command that uses Discord's new timeout feature, and a command to purge channels of messages. In the future Diomedes will have the option to use legacy commands as well as slash, and a customizable prefix.
