An easy-to-use multifunction bot with Pronouns Select, Starboard, Ticketing, Logging and a few other wonders.

Simple configuration

Waya is made to be very simple in it's configuration process but at the same time there to provide the best customizability. Everything can be done in one simple /config command, once you're there you have a page system where you can just click around and change everything you want without any premium requirements. If it gets to overwhelming for you use /help or simply join the support server and ask for help there.

Waya is active in development and gets new updates on a daily basis, it's uptime is near to 99% per day. You can suggest features or report (really rare) bugs in our someones lounge.

Want to have some shiny pronouns on your server? Then this is the way to go, you can simply create a prompt where your members just need to press a button to assign pronoun roles in the server and also assign them in the global /info command. The pronouns will be synchronized between all the guilds the member and the bot are in. But of course you can still remove or add pronouns only on a specific server.

Get started with, /prompt pronouns [title] [description] [thumbnail] [image] [footer] [color] [button-primary-color] [button-secondary-color] [button-emotes]

With this Starboard you can highlight delicious or interesting messages in an extra channel. Like usual in Waya, you can configure everything like channel, emoji (also custom ones), embed color, required reaction count, NSFW disabled/enabled, self-reaction, logging and you can even choose if you want to dispaly the message the stared message replied to.

Get started with, /config => Starboard

Waya records all messages sent by a user, of course we only store the number of messages. But not only the number of messages is saved, we also offer an invite leaderboard. The leaderboard displays the top 10 users in each category. There are two types of them, static ones that respond only to the slash command and updating ones that are updated every 2 minutes.

Please note that the bot can only track data from the moment it was invited to the server. For 100% message count, it must have view channel access to every chat. For invitations the bot needs the manage server permissions.

Log all messages on your server that have been deleted or edited by your server members with style. You can find and get hidden rule violations. There is also something for data geeks.

Waya also counts all messages of a member and displays them in the /info command, a leaderboard of the top 10 members of the server can also be summed up with /leaderboard <type:messages>.

Here you can log each time a member joins or leaves the server. When a member joins the server, waya will log the invitation link used by the member and displays it in the embed in your set log channel. The inviter is also mentioned in the member's /info command. You can also display all the members someone has invited with /info <user> <invited:yes> and get an invite leaderboard with /leaderboard <type:invites>.

Please note that for invitation tracking that the bot is required to have the manage server permissions.

Waya also has a member filtering feature that allows you to manage the members that join your server and automatically filter our newly created alternating accounts or protect your server against user raids. You can set a trigger on the account age between 0-28 days, you can choose between Ban, Kick, Assign Role or Timeout until the account reaches the threshold age.

You can also annoy all your new members with a with an extremely long message that may or may not ping users who have joined. You can also assign the users a role if you want to do so. You will be also able to use up to 9 different placeholders that will get replaced such as {user.mention} {user.id}, {user.tag}, {user.name}, {user.discrim}, {guild.name}, {guild.id}, {guild.memberCount} and last but not least {guild.rules}.

You can not only greet the members if they join your server, if you feel like it you can also send a custom message when they leave your holy place. Keep in mind that the inviter of that user will lose that invite again from their /info command, the count of the inviter will be also lowered by one.

Create a prompt with a shiny button to create a ticket. You can of course set the design of the embed itself with a custom title, description, thumbnail, image, footer text and image and last but not least color.. The text on the button and it's emoji can also be cosumized. Everything can be done with a simple command within Discord. You can configure a support role that gets access to tickets. When a user claims the ticket, all users other than the ticket creator, supporter, Waya itself and administrators lose access to it.

You will be able to fully customize the ticket embeds description in it's claimed and unclaimed state, you will be also able to use placeholders such as {user} and {team}. You are of course also able to change the ticket channels topic with placeholders such as {user.mention}, {user.id}, {user.tag}, {user.name}, {user.discrim}, {ticket.createdAt} and {ticket.createdAgo} ^^

If you configure logging in the /config command, you and your staff will be also able to add a reason on ticket close. This field is only optional and not required. The Input for the reason will be shown in form of a modal.

Get started with, /config => Tickets and coninue with, /prompt tickets [title] [description] [thumbnail] [image] [footer] [color] [emote] [button-color] [label]

Anti Scam & Blacklist

Do you want to filter out all fraudulent links? Well, Waya has a system that detects and filters out over 10,455 fraudulent links, and 80+ are added every day! The API detects fraudulent links as they are registered and can filter them out before they are used to harm your server's users. You will have the option to select punishments such as Message Delete and member Timeout until X.

If you want to you can also block words 1:1, with our smart system users won't be able to bypass this with weird characters. For example the string 't//E*-S_t' will get detected as 'test'. Once again wou will be able to choose the punishment such as Message Delete and member Timeout until X.
if any.

If you want you can also reply with a custom message which will get deleted after 6 seconds, you can use placeholders like {user.mention} {user.id}, {user.tag}, {user.name}, {user.discrim}, {guild.name}, {guild.id}, {guild.memberCount} and last but not least {guild.rules}. (don't ask why member count lol) The bot will also send a DM to that user with the message's content and the flagged words/links, it will also log this in the selected message logging channel (see #message).

Get started with, /config => Moderation
